SAME DAY DELIVERY

Fleur Social offers same day delivery in the Barossa and Gawler area from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays, closed Sundays) if orders are placed before 11am Australian Central Standard Time.  If orders are placed after this time or for a day we are closed, we will do our best to deliver as requested but are unable to guarantee it. If unable to honour the delivery request the delivery will be moved to the following business day.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Product images pictured on this site are labelled with bunch size and to be used as a guide only.  Your bunch will be bespoke and inspired by the descriptive words, each bunch as different as you are.  As blooms are seasonal, they will change, Fleur Social reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types and colours.

DELIVERY POLICY

Fleur Social and our couriers will do our absolute best to deliver your order.  If advised by you that we are able to leave the delivery unattended in the event that no one is home, then we will do so by leaving the flowers in the shade and in water (up to 30 degrees).  If you have requested that we not leave the order unattended and no one is home to receive them, you may be liable for a re-delivery fee or to arrange for shop pick up. Additionally, if the temperature is above 30 degrees and no one is home to receive the order we will not leave it unattended and you may be liable for re-delivery fee or to arrange for shop pick up.  Prior to leaving the delivery address we will do our best to contact you for further instructions. If Fleur Social have been given permission to leave your order unattended, we cannot be held liable for what happens to flowers after delivery has occurred.
